Andrew Abbott graduated from Arizona State University in the spring of 2009 with a BA in Russian and Anthropology. Since graduating he has added criminal justice to his areas of interest and plans to develop this study as a graduate student. Within criminal justice his areas of interest include public corruption, terrorism, civil rights and violent crime. He will combine these interests with a position in law enforcement at either the state or federal level. He is currently involved in a research project for ARTIS that analyzes the sales and purchase of federally issued securities to evaluate the relationship between the economy and crime rate.
