Artis is closely connected with the University of Oxford.
Artis helped found the Centre for the Resolution of Intractable Conflict (CRIC) at Harris Manchester College and the Department of Politics and International Relations.
We conduct research with and through CRIC, while also working to host international workshops and forums.
Artis Europe is an independent research, teaching and intervention support organization with a particular focus on problems of psycho-social development, disruption and violent political conflict in communities and divided societies in various parts of the world.
Artis is a research partner of the Changing Character of War Centre at Pembroke College.
Artis also partners with the Quill Centre at Pembroke College in the Department of History.
Artis has strategic partnerships with Universities and other entities that enhance our work and broaden our reach.
Artis is a scientific research institution dedicated to understanding the scope and limits of human cognition and behavior under conditions of cooperation and competition in order to advance possibilities for governments, civil society, and the private sector to improve the human condition.
